We have two choices for our Wig Ranges.  You can choose Human Hair Wigs or Kanekalon Wigs.   Below is information to help you choose your personal needs.  We can make any length you require.  We have a large range of colour choices.

Kanekalon was originated in Japan to create the most natural looking luster embodied hair that simulates human hair. This sought after material is soft, light-weight, more manageable, and lasts longer than other synthetic fibres.

There is no styling involved with these hairpieces. Wavy, curly, or straight, these styles are baked in, so even after washes, the styles and colors of these hairpieces will bounce right back.

Hair Length

The length on a hairpiece will appear differently depending on the person`s head and neck measurements.    

The cap has adjustment straps at the 2 sides to allow the wig to be resized for a more snug fit.

Country Customs & Duties Fees

Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from ClipInHairExtensionStore.com , you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ClipInHairExtensionStore.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. ClipInHairExtensionStore.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please contact us.

 

Tracking Number

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. It will provide you with a link to follow your packages transit progress to its shipment destination. The tracking number will also show on the online order detail link that you are provided with in your original email confirmation. You can also contact our customer service department.

 

Return Policy

At ClipInHairExtensionStore.com customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item we will gladly refund you for the item cost. Please note the following rules for returns:

• Items must be in their original manufacturer's condition and packaging. By Australian Law, we are not allowed to resell hairpieces which have been worn, tried on or handled.
• Do not unpack or try on the product. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and Australian health laws, we cannot resell any item that has been tried on or mishandled. The item returned must be in original manufacturer condition with all tags and packaging, otherwise a 50% fee will be incurred.
• Ineligible returns will incur a 50% product return fee.
• Items must be returned to ClipInHairExtensionStore within 5 days of receipt by the customer.
• Return freight charges are to be paid by customer. We are not responsible lost or damaged packages.
• Refunds will be applied back to your original method of payment.
• Returns are not allowed on costume wigs, wig accessories, clearance items, or discounted items.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the item cost only.
• Any promotional items included originally with the product must also be returned. If promotional items are not returned, retail costs of these items will be incurred.
