Product Information      All our sets are 100% quality silky soft human hair unless advised otherwise. Our  100% human hair you can wash, curl, straighten, style your hair extension like your real hair.  See instructions for each product there may be blow dryer limitations.

Any problems               Please email our Customer Support Team support@clipinhairextensionstore.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order to advise of any problems.  Any claims need to have pictures of product problem to prove claim also within 24 hours.

Money Back Guarantee
We are so confident that you will love our ranges of hair extensions that we back it up with a money back guarantee of satisfaction.   In the unlikely event you are unhappy with our product, the extensions can be returned for a refund within 3 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • (a) The extensions show no signs of having been worn, are in 'as new' condition and in the original packaging. The product must not show any signs of use.
  • (b) The extensions are sent back to us via registered or insured post.
  • (c)  You must email us to let us know that a refund is required before sending back the hair extensions. Please see the steps below for more details. 

    In each case we will hold $10.00 to cover for restocking, administration & PayPal charges.

Return & Exchange Policy
The Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes "trying them on". Please inspect your extensions thoroughly for colour, quality and texture before wearing them or trying them on. Used extensions can not be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.

  • (a) Unused hair extensions may be returned for refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns after 3 days will not be accepted. 
  • (b) Clip In Hair Extension Store cannot accept used or worn hair extensions unless the item is defective.  
  • (c) Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • (d) A copy of the sales invoice must accompany all returns.

Please follow these steps for a return or exchange

1. Email us at We at Clip In Hair Extension Store pride ourselves on our customer service and high rate of customer satisfaction. We want you to have the best hair experience possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at support@clipinhairextensionstore.com 

2. Package the product and invoice properly for shipping. The sales invoice MUST be included with your our return. Not including the sales invoice will result in a delayed refund or exchange, as we will not be able to track your transaction & payment information.

3. All returns must be sent back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Clip In Hair Extension Store cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

5. After we receive your package, allow up to 48 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 

If you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at support@clipinhairextensionstore.com with a brief description of why you would like to return or exchange your item. Please do not send back the product until you receive a response from us.

Once we have received and inspected the returned faulty product, we will replace it free of charge.

WIGS

Colors may appear slightly differently on different monitors. The length on a hairpiece will appear differently depending on the person`s head and neck measurements.
